What we need from you
To kickstart your dream home we ask of you to please remove any furniture that maybe in front of the windows that we are working on. Due to Covid-19 we are unable to move it for you.
We also ask that you maintain social distancing so you can have the best experience when having your free consultation and installing your products.
Whilst we fit your shutters we will ventilate the room, this means we will open the window to keep fresh air circulating in the room.
FAQs
Will you be wearing facemasks?
Yes, we will be wearing facemasks when we go into your home.
Do I need to be out of the house when you install the shutters?
No. We only ask that you respect social distancing and only stay out of the room whilst we are installing your bespoke shutters.
Will you sanitise before you leave?
When we arrive at your house we will sanitize both before hand and after we finish installing the shutters, this includes wiping down the windowsill and shutters.
